Thiosulfate Reporter (ThsR)

This plasmid is designed to produce a chromoprotein (VixenPurple) when signaled by a thiosulfate sensor, BBa_M5094. It contains a promoter, PphsA342, where transcription begins when induced by a transcriptional activator (SHAL3129) after the transmembrane thiosulfate sensor (SHAL3128) comes in contact with thiosulfate.
